Polyurethane Vacuum Casting

To achieve the desired outcome with vacuum casting, a prototype sample must be fabricated by skilled engineers through either CNC machining or 3D printing. Once the prototype is complete, a silicone mold is then produced from the prototype. The specialized casting material is vacuum poured directly into the mold which, when cured, will generate a copy of the prototype. The entire process is known as vacuum complexity model.
